Jenny Terrell has been dedicated to supporting families and children with developmental delays throughout Shelby County. Born and raised in this community, Jenny has always had a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Starting as a Service Coordinator in 2009, Jenny spent over a decade working closely with families, providing essential support and resources. This role allowed her to gain invaluable experience and insight into the unique needs and challenges faced by children with developmental delays and their families.

In 2021, Jenny stepped into the role of Director of Children’s Services, bringing a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to the position. The Early Intervention program continues to strive for excellence in delivering comprehensive services that empower families and foster the development of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
